In the nam of God Amen I Faithy Andrews of the County of Southampton being sick
& weak in body but of sound mind & memory do make & ordain this to be my last will and
Testament in manner & form followeth

Item: I give & bequeath my soul to Almighty God that gave it me & my body to be buried at the
direction of my Executor hereafter  named & also my worldly Goods I Give in manner & form as
followeth

Item: I Give and bequeath unto Britain Britt son of Britain & Pamela Britt one feather bed & furniture also my
part of my fathers estate in cash whatsoever it may be when it becomes due to him & his heirs forever

Item: I Give and bequeath unto my Sister Pamela Britt one Spinning wheel & weo pewter dishes & one Skillet
let to her & her heirs forever   And Lastly I do appoint Britain Britt Sen Executor of
this my last will & testament May the 20th 1795.

In the Name of God Amen I Mary Nicholson of the County of Southampton being of disposing 
mind & memory, thanks be given to almighty God for the same, do make & ordain this my last 
will & testament, viz+  Imprimis: After my just debts are paid I dispose of my estate both 
real & personal in the following manner, to wit __ Item I give & bequeath to my son Charles 
Briggs Nicholson either the colt or the filly to his choice to him & his heirs forever Item: I desire 
that my bed covers may be put into lots & Equally divided between all my children & likewise
I dispose of my Clothes in the same manner Item  I desire all the remainder part of my estate 
to be sold & equally divided between all my children and likewise one equal part may be 
drawn & equally divided between Polly & Nancy Barham Item  I give to Polly & Nancy 
Barham negro boy Lewis to them & heirs forever & if they shoud [sic] die before they arrive 
to the age of twenty one years, then for him to be sold & equally divided between all my 
children Item  I do constitute & appoint my son Charles B Nicholson & Bird Lundy
Exors of this my Last Will & Testament  In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand 
& affix'd my seal this 23 day of September one thousand seven hundred & ninety five.
